1. Eligible Products
FXC products damaged in areas designated under the Disaster Relief Act due to the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake and the Chiba heavy rains beginning August 13, 2026.

(2) WDM Products (Applicable only to products currently within their official support period)

2. Special Repair Service Coverage
Consultations and repair estimates for damaged products are completely free of charge. For products that are in a repairable condition, we will provide repairs at the following special rates:

Labor fees: Free of charge

Part replacement: Free of charge

Note: If the product is beyond repair, we will provide a replacement device free of charge, regardless of whether the product is currently under warranty.

(2) WDM Products

Labor fees: Special discounted rate
