Part 2:FXC Corporation's 'LightEdgeXchange® 1000 Series' compact media converters.
[Function introduction]
■LFP (Link Fault Pass-Through) Function
When one of the line card ports (for example, the UTP side) is linked down,
the other port (SFP side) also stops output.
The location of the fault can be quickly identified, reducing the time it
takes for the administrator to resolve the problem, minimizing losses
due to link problems.

■Advanced ECO mode function
In this mode, all LEDs except PWR will light up for 5 seconds once every 3 minutes regardless of communication status.
This can reduce power consumption by approximately 10%.

[Usage example]
In this example, a media converter is used to connect remote locations (branch offices, libraries, hospitals) from the government building (residential side) in a metro network.
The use of optical fiber cables makes it resistant to electromagnetic interference and enables high-speed, highly reliable communication.
